- Establish daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance priorities to deliver consistent, high-quality playing conditions
- Oversee irrigation system performance, scheduling, and water management to ensure turf health and efficiency
- Coordinate chemical and fertility programs, pest and disease management, and regulatory compliance
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendents of the other courses, and resort leadership to align standards and resources
- Support tournament preparation and special events across the property as needed, including PGA TOUR-related initiatives
- Maintain detailed records related to agronomic practices, labor, equipment use, weather, and compliance
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards are consistently met or exceeded
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong leader who sets clear expectations and holds teams accountable without micromanagement
- Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Calm and decisive under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset
